Why do I say the New York law should be challenged as a violation of Roe? Because part of the Roe v. Wade decision was related to the viability of the fetus. The New York law allows for abortions up to the birth (36 weeks), and Babies are viable at 24 to 28 weeks. The progressive left is showing who they really are. It was never about the viability of the baby. It was about the will of the mother trumping the viability of the baby.
For the progressive left I guess the question never was, when life begins. Because obviously the answer isn’t more important than the will of the mother to kill her baby. So now we are talking about weather infanticide is acceptable or not. Don’t accept the premise of that discussion. Because by definition, infanticide is murder?
